Subject: [Leica] A Sort of Leica Anniversary

Yesterday I commemorated an anniversary of sorts. It was 50 years ago -
December 17, 1973 that I started working my dream job as a permanent
employee at UWM Photo Services. As soon as that happened, I went out and
bought the used M3 + 50/2 Collapsible Summicron that was my
companion for 40 years, on and off the job (my favorite camera, ever, and
the one that produced the most award pictures). If I had a darkroom, I'd
probably still use it some, but I can and do put the Summicron on my X-E2.
