Subject: [Leica] Help? Lightroom refusing to import

What type of files did he give you, Brian? Can you batch convert copies 
of them to another format, and then import them into LR?
I'm still operating LR6 and PSE15 as my cameras are old 2013-2016 so 
can't really help on your specific question.
