I don't actually even know whose instrument that is!  I've seen it around
enough that it's come to seem to me like just one of the ambient guitars at
WFMU <https://wfmu.org/>.
Maybe it belongs to Scott Williams <https://wfmu.org/playlists/SW>, maybe
to Nicholas who's playing it here.
