I have never had any problem with Sandisk SD cards in the past, whether UHS or UHS II, but the only warning I wish to give about Sandisk is about their Compact Flash Express (B) cards - they are slow and run very hot with burst shooting or video, therefore are rubbish and highly avoidable. The best/fastest CFE (B) cards come in new flavours - Delkin Black, Prograde Cobalt and Angelbird AV Pro Mark II - the last mentioned even has firmware updates to the card to improve performance. These cards are eye wateringly expensive so it is important to buy the right cards at the outset when you need them. That is the only function of this post, targeted at those who also shoot Nikon, Fuji or Canon mirrorless offerings along with their Leica systems. Sony uses the slower CFE (A) cards, but it is only a matter of time that they migrate to CFE (B) cards as well.
