Yakima has only one bike shop left and the guy is a jerk, so we traveled 40 miles to Ellensburg, a college town, and as it turns out the home of a great bike shop.? Recycle Bicycle is independently owned and carries mainly Specialized bikes.? Brought the Q2 along when my wife's bike came in and she had it fit.? The owner did the fitting and he took almost an hour with all kinds of measurement and adjustments to make sure she was happy and the bike fit well.? Exchanged the seat and the handlebar stem to suit her and added a few accessories.? Could not change the color for her.? :-(? Best customer service we have received in decades.? Need a bike??
