Usually I don't bother with defaced murals as the defacement is usually some poor sod who needs to feel special or something by destroying something creative with their name. But in this case I think they added something somewhat creative: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Austin+Signs/Interesting+defacement.jpg.html I was in Fort Worth for a surprisingly great exhibit of German "Impressionists" concentrated on the years just prior to WWI to about 1936 when the large number of Jewish artists and gallery owners began to be terribly oppressed but not openly murdered yet. But I digress. Ft. Worth is also the sight of military aircraft production. I visited two aircraft museums that active with very well spoken docents. If you happen to live near Ft. Worth I highly recommend visiting the Kimbell museum. For today we just have a bit of nose art: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Austin+Signs/nose+of+an+A26+Fort+Worth.jpg.html May 5th I was in several cities so I don't know where this wall is. Still, it is well done: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Austin+Signs/You+Feel+That.jpg.html All the best. -- Don don.dory at gmail.com
