Hi Nathan,

I haven't been to Cyprus for a long time (25 years) but even then the
beach resorts were sterile, but the atmosphere was probably more edgy
than now because of the de facto partition of the island, even though it
was thirty years earlier.

The architecture, mosaics, frescoes and paintings are marvelloous,
though. They are the ones I would choose from here. I can't fix of one
to give a "+1" to but it would be among the photos in and around the
church.

I found the cat and wine bottles in Vouni was funny, for what reason I
can't say. I also noticed the "ER 1954" under the tap. From the British
occupation of the island, perhaps?

All the best,

Peter
