I spent 3 days in Limassol last week, my first ever visit to Cyprus. I was
there for work, a meeting of the heads of IP offices from all 27 EU member
states, so most of the time I was ?imprisoned? in a somewhat sterile beach
resort a few km outside the city. The place was nice enough, but I would
have preferred somewhere closer to the centre so that I could have explored
Limassol on my own early in the morning, as I often do when travelling. But
this was not possible on this trip. We did have one afternoon and evening
of sight-seeing, including a visit to an important archeological site called
Kourion, and a village in the interior of the island which makes its living
off tourists, both foreign and domestic (day trippers from Limassol and
Nicosia). A small gallery is here:

As always, comments and critique are welcome and appreciated.
