Brian, Unlucky that you made it here just as demonetization hit, it was a bad time to visit! We must make it up to you - on the whole, India is a welcoming country for those from beyond their shores, with an incredible variety of cultures to experience, as well as things to see and do, unmatched by any other country in the world, and well worth visiting again. Let me know if you need help, I am always available. Luis, Bang on! Ella is my favourite vocalist, bar none, singing a wonderful song. A very good live rendering is available on her album "Ella in Berlin", together with the definitive versions of "How High the Moon" and "Mack the Knife", the first for a remarkable scat solo, and the latter because she forgot the lyrics, and started making them up without missing a beat! Misty was written by Errol Garner, a self taught pianist who could not read music, so all that he achieved was completely by ear! Funnily enough, Misty has been covered extensively by vocalists after Johnny Burke added the lyrics, and not covered to the same extent by instrumentalists in jazz, for some unfathomable reason.
