He's pretty old. I think he's about 15. They try to make him diet but its 
hard because there's another cat and he steals from her food.

When I was younger, my parents had 23lb cat and they gave up on getting him 
to slim down because he was bullying their dog and peeing in people's shoes 
at night out of spite because he was pissed about the reduced food. When 
they stopped that, he stopped peeing in shoes and reduced his bullying of 
the dog.
