I try not to comment on the "art" of images. The vision of the creator needs to stand for what was presented. However, the context and place of the image are very important to me as so many changes are taking place that recording what is today might be gone tomorrow. The neighborhood festival seems to be very important to maintaining coherence to a society. Especially as some residents age out and new, younger residents move in the culture may change too rapidly without the steadying influence of the remaining residents.
