The Tuesday twilight concerts bring out the traditional young families. Parents get a cash bar and pretty good music and the children get go free range like most of us grew up in. Even though the wildflower center is a division of UT and promoted city wide the customer base is Anglo, mixed east Asian, Hispanic, then a very occasional African-American. The center works hard to have a diverse performer base so musical tastes probably isn't the cause.
