I used 11th as that was the latest data I could find.  I suspect we will be
9 or 8 very soon.  Between the 10,000 direct jobs at the Tesla factory
there will be probably a 7-10 additional job for each one of them(Tesla is
recruiting support factories nearby; they learned from the Shanghai
factory).  Samsung is building a very large fab plant in the hood which
will probably be 2000 or so direct jobs.  Then there are the 20 floors
Facebook is filling in a new high rise from mostly new positions.

This is Texas so there are few barriers to growth to our west and south.
North is blocked by two medium sized cities and east is mostly a dedicated
aquifer recharge zone with very restrictive rules; our growth will be
limited by water.
