Greetings to all.  I found the next two images on a shop wall just off a
main retail street.  Very entertaining for random wall art:

Interestingly, I found this in the main tourist district rather than the
bar district:

I believe this sentiment has to do with the rampant crime going on with
workers' tools.  Usually you try to have the tools you might need in your
truck so the work can be performed without delay.  However, it is hard to
maintain security when you are in and out of a workplace(especially
residential).  So, a lot of expensive tools are lost to drive by thieves
who opportunistically grab and go.  I have seen workmen pay an apprentice
just to sit out at the truck to deter thieves:
