FWIW, I am using an older Mac Mini as my desktop computer, and it works
perfectly fine for my needs.
Earlier this year, it needed a hard disk transplant, and I considered
getting one of the new Minis instead, but in the end I decided to replace
the HD and keep the computer.

Cheers,
Nathan
