PESO:

These are the slides I'm scanning now. I got to Honduras 2 days after
Mitch hit and was there for two weeks. I have over 5000 slides, most of
which have never been scanned before.

On October 29th, Hurricane Mitch made landfall in Honduras. The storm
killed over 7000 people in Honduras alone, over 11,000 in all of Central
America. In Tegucigalpa, the Choluteca River was dammed up by debris and
water rose to the 3rd story of the buildings downtown. Whole neighborhoods
slid into the river. I was there to document the effect on the people and
to raise money for relief efforts. The second-deadliest Atlantic hurricane
on record affected everyone in Honduras and many have never recovered from
the devastation.

C&C greatly appreciated.
