Subject: [Leica] IMG: Birds with a Taste for Iron

Watching from my office window, I watched a Blue Jay select a seed from 
the red feeder and crack it by pounding it on the iron support 
structure.? He did this four times. So, I decided to open my blind and 
see it I could catch him in action.? Unfortunately, he filled up on seed 
spilled on the ground and never pounded a seed again.? But, I did catch 
a Cardinal perching there to keep an eye on the action, and later, the 
Jay did the same.? So here are two images.
