[Leica] How can I rent a Leica Macro-Elmar M Lens?

I'll take a crack at a response.

Unless you live in a place like New York or London or other major 
centers, you're chances are essentially nil. It's a rare lens of 
which few have been made, and very few stores will even stock them.

If you are possibly in the market for this lens you might be able to 
coerce a Leica distributor's rep to loan you one for a couple of 
days, otherwise I think the chances are very slim.
