>Happy Canada Day you guys in the frozen north!
Thanks, but like I said: in northern Alberta
(town of Peace River) it got up to 50?C in the
summer. Not much stayed frozen then.
Today it's a beautiful day in Vancouver; about
24? this afternoon, and the beaches were packed.
A number of Canadian flags waving, but discretely
:-). We went for some walks, and had dinner on
our deck with some lovely wine Tom and Tuulikki
Abrahamsson had brought over Sunday. Tonight we
will watch the fireworks from the top of our
house. A lovely Canada Day!
