They're classified along with canids, felids and mustelids in 
carnivorae.  A technical distinction.  In reality they'll eat anything.

I don't know how far I was.  Perfectly safe inside a shuttle bus.  The 
shoulder stock/monopod rig worked pretty well inside the bus despite 
the slight movements as people shifted around for a better view.
