[Leica] Photographers Formulary Rapid Fix

The white stuff is a precipitate that comes out 
of solution if the concentrate has been stored 
too cold for a while. You can try to heat up the 
concentrate to 60? C or so and stir it to 
re-dissolve it, but since I can't remember right 
now what the precipitate is, I can't remember 
whether it re-dissolves or actually changes 
chemical composition as it precipitates and 
becomes insoluble, but I seem to recall having 
done this at one time.

Now when I see something like that I toss it, as 
the hassle and possible miserable results aren't 
worth it versus the cost for new fixer.
