I would highly recomend Peru & Argentina ....
Some ware around a U$S 25 per diem tends to be the average
budget recommendation for most of Latin America .. .. Costa
Rica , Chile & Ecuador tend to be on the high side Bolivia
on the low & Peru, Colombia & Argentina in the mid price
range . All of this is quite variable with your activities,
tours , late nights at disco flying instead of the bus etc
..... or simply faster you travel the more you spend slower
you travel the less you spend per diem .
Arequipa , Peru Is a fav of mine .......

Okay, I'm in a very fortunate position where I have some
time
off, some
spare change in my pocket, and no one's schedule to keep
but my
own.
Does anyone have any ideas on a great city or cities for
street
photography outside the U.S.? Hopefully ones where the
exchange
rate is
not too painful on the U.S. dollar?
