Kodak's retreat from the black and white market is Ilford's gain. Ilford, it 
will be recalled, has emerged from bankruptcy. Loss of Ilford would be a 
great loss. 

Since I have not been smitten by Kodak's papers (except for its RC 
hand-coloring paper--already discontinued to my dismay), I find their most 
recent retreat of interest only insofar that it will help keep the better 
black and white paper makers afloat.

Viva the wet darkroon!!!
