I wouldn't call central park normal under any circumstances.  The added 
effect works well with the subjects.  They look other worldly (or perhaps it 
was David Lynch set) anyway.

Kyle, this one is phat with a capitol PH.  Perfectly overdone colors and 
outfits in such a normal setting.  Awesome.
