That's the problem.  They are working with the TSA that has no authority to 
change airline carry-on baggage.  The TSA is responsible for security 
only.  The airlines are responsible for baggage restrictions and they do 
not recognize ASMP's guidelines.  Yes, I am a member of ASMP, but they have 
not made a difference in this case.
