     Hi Joe,
     
      I know about the M grip and grip for R bodies with winder or motor.  
     I am using a winder and grip for my R4 and RE but have never heard of 
     the grips for Leicaflexes.

I wonder if using an R grip would solve this problem. 
Have you considered this?
