After 6 weeks of no email and a battle with CenturyLink, I have given up
on them and will try Gmail.? Let's see how this works. Sorry, a long
post as I have not been able to post before on this trip.? ?We started
out in the Puget Sound area with a visit to a friend north of Shelton.?
This shell was on her beach.

From there we camped by Port Angeles and one day took the ferry over to
Victoria for the day.? Always a great place to wander around by foot.

Government Street has been converted to mainly foot traffic so a great
place to wander.

No trip to Victoria is complete without a visit to the Murchie Tea store
to get a year's supply of tea and have lunch.

Passenger on the ferry ride back to Victoria.? Since we are both nursing
knees we did not stay too late but caught the 3PM ferry back to the states.

Rounding the corner of the state and heading south we camped at
Kalaoch.? No visit to Kalaloch is complete without seeing the Tree of
Life, which is getting closer to the end of its life as erosion proceeds
and now people are climbing on it to hasten its demise. A few shots on
different days with different light.
