Really great shot, but I can't believe the state of the rails would have 
allowed trains to run on them. Over here they were in the middle of a 
massive programme of work to upgrade the lines nationwide with 
continuous welded steel rails (CWSR). It took years and years to 
replace. I remember because it used to delay my train to school!

Nimoy looks amazingly young there. The first one is a particularly great 
shot.
