They are an amazing collection and a valuable ethnographic collection. I remember Ted saying something to the effect that you don't realize what you've photographed sometimes until you look at it years later. There are one or two that I think - to use your term - are "mistakes" (though they aren't at all mistakes). I hope the comments below are constructive. 175721599 - "Iranian Village": the bottom right hand corner is blurred. I wondered if it was the trees moving in wind, but I don't think so. 175721525 - "Brick Masons": The version at 17521502 which is labelled as "Construction Workers" is the same guys. FWIW I prefer that one. 175721439 - is the circle where you were staying? Just curious! 175721440 - Something is wrong on the bottom quarter of the image, particular towards the right. Ditto 175721441. At first I thought it might be smoke from the fires, but... Just as note: some M3 shots have exif data attached. The data labels the images as from an EOS 5D. In 197x! :-) I haven't checked them all, but I noted it on a few that I was particularly interested in. Are all Quashqai women nomad's eyes frequently that green? It reminds me of Steve McCurry's famous shot of the Afghan Girl as it was known then. But she was/is Pashtu. A simply fascinating set. Wonderful!
