Do you think that increasing the whites a bit brighter would make the images better, say 5-10%. I am thinking of sending these files to a print house that prints silver halide from digital. I won't choose a paper with artificial brighteners so possibly hitting absolute white will still leave just a bit of dullness. All the best.
