I wish to tell you what happened when I responded.... and what you can expect.....and how to fix it.... My plan is automatically billed to me yearly.? Just like they want. No need to change anything.? So I didn't. This morning, I get a different MESSAGE from Adobe with the same demand to get my account to automatically bill me yearly. But this time, I could not erase the content.? (remember that my account is already setup to do what they want. There is nothing to do. Apparently Adobe sent me some bit of MALWARE that would not go away..... there is no window to close, and if you try to get rid of it, it just looks you dead in the eye and refuses to leave. I define MALWARE as some nuisance SW that is lasting, and was not asked for nor implemented by me. I checked my account and it was in order.... all set to automatically bill me annually for my $9.95 a month. No need to change. But their warning did not go away...... I kept at it because mainly I was p1ssed that they wrote such lousy code.....and then sent it to a perfectly amenable customer. It took a while,but I finally did get rid of it.... here is how on a Windows machine..... Type CTRL-ALT-DELETE and open Task manager. Look at APPS and find the open ADOBE PHOTOSHOP? app, END TASK on that app. Done Maybe this is the last of these emails... maybe not...... Frank Filippone BMWRed735i at Gmail.com
