I attended a class on focus stacking and another one on street photography. No matter how seasoned you are there are alway nuggets to be gained from attending a class. In any case I used the event to mess around with some new to me lenses; specifically the Minolta 40mm F2 and a Nikon 35mm F2.5 for the Nikon rangefinder series. So first was a shot illuminated by the projector and I liked the look on her face and the light coming through the door: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Monday+Misc/choices.jpg.html Another available light image where the rim light and the image on the screen seemed interesting: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Monday+Misc/focus+stacking.jpg.html Last, while waiting to enter I caught some of the dynamics of this couple, or maybe it was just the lollipop: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Monday+Misc/husband+wife+dynamics.jpg.html All the best. -- Don don.dory at gmail.com
