[Leica] Wednesday Weeds

Greetings to all.  I will begin with the center of one of my Sago Palms
that is growing back after a winter freeze:

Austin in encouraging greater density; this house is built on a half plot
behind another house.  They don't have much private land at the rear and
water is getting pretty expensive here so they planted cactus:

This image is a return to the abandoned house near me that may or may not
be repaired by the new owner.  The fence has now been removed but it was
photogenic when it remained:
