The schedule was packed, and so I did not have time to explore except in the early mornings and in the evenings. I did not leave the 16th arrondissement, where OECD?s headquarters is located, except when I went to the airport for my flight home. In fact, all the photos are taken within 1 km or so of my hotel on Avenue Victor Hugo. Still, Paris in springtime is always special.
