At first I preferred #5 as many times I prefer the direct eye contact and the facial expression of an image. As Peter wrote #3 is timeless and ethnologically a stamp of time and place that changes slowly. Yet, I keep coming back to #4 with its slight curve in the street, a diagonal streak of light leading the eye, small figures bringing additional scale, and the mid rise buildings with the inhabitants belongings flapping in the breeze. #4 is just very well seen and recorded. Then there is the fact that I must get my elmar's haze cleaned out.
