It is one of the Legal Deposit Libraries, you have to send a copy of any 
printed book to them (have two of ours), the full set of libraries are the 
British Library, Bodleian Library Oxford University, The Cambridge 
University Library, National Library of Scotland, National Library of Wales 
and Trinity College Dublin.
