[Leica] Where is Neat Image's company located?

I have been buried in migration to a new computer the past couple of 
weeks. I have an older version of Neat Image, which I was going to 
upgrade. Until I saw an old email from them, which used an email client 
called "The Bat!". That probably means the email was from somewhere in 
the former USSR. I have been unable to determine where the company is. I 
couldn't fine any information on the Neat Image/Neat Video Web site. 
Their whois.com profile has the address redacted "for privacy." There is 
a mention of the "Registrant Location" being in Queensland, Australia, 
but I'm not sure how reliable that is.

Can anyone shed light on this? I don't wish to send my money to a 
company in Russia.
