Subject: [Leica] Question about Topaz Sharpen AI

All Topaz programs give the option to install them, in addition to the
stand alone program, both as a Photoshop and Lightroom plugin during the
installation process. I use Topaz Sharpen 100% only as a Photoshop plugin,
as I can have it on a separate layer, and in my copy the option to install
it as a Photoshop plugin is under Help/Install Photoshop Plugin. If that
does not work, reinstall Topaz Sharpen and choose to install it as a plugin
for Lightroom in the installation process.

Lightroom allows you to export the image to Topaz Sharpen, do the
adjustments, and then reimport it back to Lightroom to continue the post
processing, just like the Nik Suite or other Topaz programs do. In my
experience, this process does not work too well through Lightroom,
irrespective of the plugin, as it tends to hang up quite often, so,
nowadays, I do not even install the Lightroom plugin for any program that I
can run through Photoshop. All of them work seamlessly and flawlessly
through Photoshop.

Cheers
Jayanand
