It's easily found on Google's spy in the sky and Streetview. While the tv coverage is very good it really doesn't give an accurate impression of the true gradients, but Streetview does. TV seems to flatten gradients as anybody who has only watched the Monaco Grand Prix on tv, and then visits the place is always surprised by the steepness of the hill from St. Devote up to the Casino Square.
