This is a recent photo of ?Little Head?. It is an outcropping next to the
harbor in Trinidad, CA. It is central to the creation story of the Tsurai
(native Americans) that lived in this area for centuries along the coast of
northern California. They were forcibly displaced from their homeland with
the rapid influx of settlers during the gold rush in the 1840?s. The 28mm
Summaron ?paints? a special rendering of the morning light on this local
icon. Enjoy.
