My copy arrived today.   Many thanks to Brian for stepping in and doing
yeoman's putting this together.   Seeing long time members images Geof
Hopkinson among them is a wonderful thing.

I would say that even if you didn't contribute please order a copy; the
images are excellent and seeing what loggers are creating is worth the
print price.
