an ultra-small fraction of its features, powers, to do so..
I think in few cases do party plug ins do things that could not otherwise be
done with the tools right there in photoshop.
And like the Borg if these filters or plug ins were any good Adobe would
assimilate them right into the program and you'd not have to worry about the
day that Kai or Nic or Neat gets shot down.
