Actually, I have gone in the opposite direction. Last year I sold off the
three remaining M lenses I had kept, (35 f2.5/50 f2/90 f2.8), after finally
deciding that the Fuji lenses (35 f1.4, 56 f1.2 and 90 f2) were more than
their equal for my use, and, more importantly, that AF systems were
essential for my eyesight. That leaves me with a IIIG, a IIIF (which I just
loaded with some Ilford film, after a few years!) and a 100mm
APO-Macro-Elmarit f2.8 which has been Leitaxed to use on the Nikon F mount.
Macro is the one genre where AF is really not required, so this is fine for
the very occasional use I put it to.
