[Leica] IIIf - HELP!!!!

I tried the non-template me tear it myself approach which got me into this 
mess in the first place.
I'm now going to try using an idiot template. I have a feeling no more 
messes. 
My leaders will no longer possess my inimitable personality; only to be 
snipped off in the end.
