If you use a mirrorless body there are adapters that will get you closer with a built in helical. Another option is to pick up a Softar 2 and use it with a Summicron or Summilux. Another option is to use a Nikon 6T close focus lens with your new Noct. What I might humbly suggest is to rent one from Lensrental.com and see if a week of use warrants a purchase. All the best.
