I wish I knew of one.  Share if you find out.  I know when I was using Lecia 
R glass on a Canon, that was possible, but I have not found a way on the 
D7000, D600, or the D750

When using Leica lenses (manual focus) on a Nikon D 810, is there a way, 
even a hack, to get audible focus confirmation, a beep, along with the green 
light,  when focus is achieved ?
