I'm de-lurking to attempt a sale:

I bought this lens from Bob Baron in 2011.
Bob's original ad is below.
I think the lens is in the same condition as he describes.

I did not use it nearly as much as I thought I would, and I could use the 
money right now.
I'm selling it for the same price I bought it from Bob, $800.

Bob absorbed the Paypal fees and 2-day FedEx delivery, so I will do the same.

Some additional info:
Version II is now $1200 plus shipping from Cameraquest, less than the 2011 
price in Bob's ad.

I'd like to sell this in the US, to avoid customs, etc.

I bought this used last summer from a well known LUGer and while it is
a very good lens I've decided it is larger and heavier than what I
prefer to carry around so I'm putting it back on the market.

There is some minimal paint wear on the barrel and a bit more on the
screw-on hood but it is optically and operationally clean and fine. It
is M mount (not 6 bit coded) and comes with both caps, no case
or papers.

He did buy it new from Cameraquest and it had the latest M8 mount
modification when he bought it.

I see there is now a Version 2 for $1399. I want what I paid for this
one: $800. That will include insured USPS shipping in the US, at cost
elsewhere. PayPal is ok.
