Maybe so, but my experience with aftermarket batteries has been so mixed
that I finally decided to stop using them altogether.

Many do not report a full charge on the camera meter after several hours
charging.

Some lose charge in a day or two in your camera bag. How is that?

Some of them will not charge at all with the new M9 style charger.

The cases are very brittle; don't dare drop one.

I just don't have those problems with Leica brand.
