Hi David,Thanks for your answer and optimism! I live in the France, close to
the German border - Strasbourg. Yes, the pictures that get short-listed or
turn out to be winners are the ones that are fairly consensual, I feel:
wonderful landscapes, portraits ... I'll carry on trying, though! JM
