Indeed.  And while I am the first to admit that a mechanical
rangefinder is an inadequate way to focus a digital camera, keeping a
straight-through viewing system with framelines is the way to go for
the Ms.  I would not be averse to an electronic RF, or some sort of
focus confirmation assistance.  It would do away with the bothersome
task of dealing with focus shift in the f1 Noctilux and 75 Summilux,
which I have partly addressed by using those lenses wide open 99% of
the time and having slower equivalents for using stopped down, but
that is hardly an optimal way to go.
